Memahami Skor IQ Siswa di Wilayah Siantar - Simalungun: Implikasi untuk Pengembangan Strategi Pembelajaran yang Efektif

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya pemahaman terkait skor IQ siswa dalam pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif di lingkungan pendidikan. Dengan memahami variasi tingkat kecerdasan siswa, dalam hal ini melalui skor IQ, guru sebagai fasilitator dapat merancang dan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang memperhatikan perbedaan individual. Melibatkan sebanyak 3.789 siswa di daerah Siantar-Simalungun, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif untuk melihat distribusi skor IQ siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan distribusi skor IQ siswa pada level kategori yang beragam mulai dari low average hingga superior, dengan keberadaan skor borderline yang mendominasi. Implikasi temuan ini dalam praktik belajar-mengajar, menekankan perlunya pendekatan yang lebih beragam dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran. Temuan ini memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk pendekatan yang berpusat pada siswa dan menekankan pentingnya diferensiasi dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal untuk semua siswa.
